How, exactly does it do the job?
Mint’s PerfectEdge technology allows it to follow right along baseboards and counters with a cleaning cloth. And its unique square shape helps it clean deep into corners, unlike most other robotic cleaners.
The North-Star Navigation System is an indoor GPS that allows Mint to track where it has been, and where it still needs to travel. It utilizes the included North-Star Cube which sends out a signal that cleaner receives, allowing it to determine its current location. It’s kind of like having your own NORAD satellite guidance system. While the Mint is cleaning, it develops a digital map of the surroundings, finding walls, obstacles and drop offs.
